As summer is almost a distant memory, we needed a bit of Brazilian warmth to get over the first cold days of Autumn.
And we found some thanks to Arthus and his deep house grooves!
Arthus is a dynamic and expressive artist, represents the new crop of active producers, an artist that has solidified his sound with each release.
His tracks are a mix of House, Tech House and techno, and so far have been released by labels like inwave, AIA-D, Draft, Not For Us and many more.
For his debut release on Metroline LImited, the Brazil based artist delivered three original tracks that range from the bleepy minimal house of the title track Chalana to the rolling tech-funk of the dancefloor bomb Botucatuva via the atmospheric and trippy jacking house of Tampaluno.
All three songs showcase the producer's talent for laying some serious beats. His tracks and effective dancefloor tools with sharp and intricate drum programming, lush pads and plenty of groove.
In this occasion, remix comes from German producer Reyam and what a serious party monster he has delivered!
Reyam took the micro-house grooves of Chalana and turned them into a peak time rolling deep house track with a super infectious rhythm, gorgeous pads and cool vocal snippets.
